ecoNEWS Vermont Introduces Student Corner!

ecoNEWS Vermont is thrilled to announce our Student Corner! We will highlight Vermont's K12 students work connecting them to Vermont's natural resources. We hope for submissions that include the scientific background of AND/OR an artistic representation of nature. 

Examples of submissions include (but are not limited to):
 - a short story or report about a native Vermont plant or animal
 - an exposé about an environmental challenge Vermont and Vermonters are facing
 - an essay explaining an essential ecological process in Vermont
 - a photograph, painting, or other form of art depicting the Green Mountains, Lake Champlain, or another Vermont natural resource
 - a poem describing your relationship to Vermont's environment or natural resources

Students can submit projects they create for school or personally and the ecoNEWS Vermont team will choose up to three pieces to include in each issue.
